Yes you are able to right from the settings menu in the app.

There is a reset hole that you could use a paperclip to stick in and hold for about 10 seconds while it's powered up, which should reset it.

It is pretty awesome, and I believe it's worth the investment.

I truly appreciate your feedback, and yes, me saying alright is such a bad habit to the point I miss it during my editing. The reason I talk slower is because I naturally talk fast and have had so many requests to talk slower as people miss out on what I have said in the video. So this has been quite a challenge for me, regarding the speech

When you plug the dongle into your devices, does the blue LED light up?

@@NerdGadget the dongle works fine. In the instructions it says its supposed to work with the dongle, aux cord, and Bluetooth and says your supost to be able to connect with Bluetooth to your phone. But the headphones name never pops up

I did see it when I came back (and I clicked it), but as soon as I clicked it, although the count did increment by one, now all I see is a thumbs down with the number 66 to the left. I tried to paste in a screen shot of what it looks like from here, but that didn't work. I'm just letting you know because as the nerd guy, I figure you might be able to fix it (you deserve more thumbs ups) and I can't be the only nerdless person who has had trouble seeing it. The USB Type A to Type-C is to charge the headphone set. You have to use the AUX cable while the headphones are powered on to use it with the hard wire connection.

I appreciate the comment , but I personally like to be able to minimize when it is powered on to preserve the LED life. Also, 6 it is low power... it still adds up, and the more one has, the more the power consumption. Also, I have not had an issue with Kasa smart plugs failing and have been using them for years. This video was just showing a way to automate the Zevo fly trap and preserve the LED life even longer (even though LED are designed to last for years).

Yes, the sound it makes ca take some getting used to. I appreciate the positive comment about my content, though.

I would make sure the plastic contact film has been removed, ensure the earbuds are in the correct ears and position, if all fails unpair, reboot phone,and then pair again. If you are still having issues, contact Amazon for a replacement.

@Alex_Does_Gaming03 Oh, sometimes with the earbuds, you will see the metal parts which is used to charge them magectically in the case. It is covered with a small piece of plastic. This helps them not charge prematurely before first use.

I have just removed the sticky insert and wiped it down with a of water on a paper towel or cloth. Wipe dry, and then that is it. However, it may be a better way than what I have mentioned.

overall, something this premium for its tier price ? this definition of W 5K battery also just standard at this points sooo yeps 12G RAMs~ this surprises me ! 1080P / FHD+ screen-res also standard for budget friendly tier and 30W fast-charges 😀👌🏻👌🏻 - anything else wasn't included because doesn't seem necessary - but mere niceties IF included such as wireless charging i.e. and color choices would be lovely additions along should they plans any in the future 😅👌🏻👌🏻 - thanks for the pickup Nerd-Gadget, also do more budget friendly devices etc henceforth ? 😀 2 - 2
